Cookies and Analytics

We keep basic aggregate daily page counts to understand which public pages are used. The browser sends only an allowlisted public page path, without query strings or fragments, to our own page-count endpoint. This request does not send cookies or a referrer and does not use browser storage or user/session identifiers. These counts are not unique-visitor counts and operate whether or not you accept optional Google Analytics. Private client, employee, team, leadership, and advisor portal paths are excluded from these public page counts.

Separately, existing client document counters record aggregate access totals and first/last access timestamps for document requests, including views or downloads. They do not establish that a particular person read a document. These operational counters are distinct from public page counts and optional Google Analytics; portal access and document delivery may still involve personal information and authentication.

Optional Google Analytics measurement is off unless you explicitly accept it through “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. We do not show an automatic analytics popup. If accepted, Google Analytics measures visits and limited interactions on public pages using paths that exclude query strings and fragments, and may use analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics on private portals and do not send contact-form contents with analytics events. Your accepted or rejected choice is saved in browser storage. You can change it at any time through the footer. Rejecting Google Analytics does not stop the basic aggregate counts or prevent use of the website or contact form. These limited analytics practices do not mean that all website or service processing is anonymous.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Dependent information collected during benefits enrollment is provided by the enrolling parent or guardian.
